Swap or Turbo Kit?

Since you guys are the expert, if my goal is to have a nice and clean daily driven 400-500 whp, and I currently have a manual IS300, what would be my best option between swapping in a 2jz (Aristo or supra?) or getting a 2.75 turbo kit?

I learned that the stock manual tranny won't hold after 300-350 whp.  so I assume which ever route i take i will have to get a new tranny.

re: Swap or Turbo Kit?

I always prefer to do the turbo kit, this way you know what your working with from the get go. Buying someone elses used motor could be buying into someone elses used problems.
And for that much hp reliably, would definitely recommend a trans upgrade.
