20th Anniversary Announcement

Happy 20th Anniversary!

On 24 March 2025, we are delighted to be celebrating our 20th anniversary. In the years since we established Swift International we have followed our original mission to improve accessibility to our sport through producing a wide range of boats of great quality at reasonable prices.

We have big plans to continue to develop our current range of boats. Those of you who know us, know that the period of copying finished a long time ago, that we are driven by innovation and have become a company that others now copy.

With the help of dedicated athletes and coaches, we have proven that our racing shells can match and beat those from any boat builder, our coastal boats have set the standard in this exciting discipline, and our dragon boats are now regularly the boat of choice for continental and world championships.

What’s more, we have exciting innovations in all 3 of those boat types in the works.

For the past 10 years, through taking our rental fleet from race to race around Asia, we have enabled a massive improvement in the quality of racing at all the various Asian Rowing Championships.

We are now bringing our boats to Europe for use at World Rowing and other events, and for camps at great locations including Banyoles, St Cassien and our main European base in Tilburg in the Netherlands.

In 2025 you will see us at Euro Masters in Bled, the European Dragon Boat championship in Belgrade, the European Rowing Coastal Championships and Beach Sprints in Anatolya, the World Rowing Championships in Shanghai, the World Rowing Masters in Banyoles, the World Rowing Beach Spring Finals in Rio and hopefully the World Dragon Boat Championships in Brandenburg.

We will continue to work to increase accessibility, through bringing completely new boat classes to both rowing and dragon boating, starting this year with the 1st of a range of roto-moulded rowing boats for all environments and sizes of rowers, and dragon boat that can be used on water, land and ice!

Also for this year, we will soon start announcing various free upgrades for the rest of 2025, to celebrate our 1st 20 years, so look out for those.

To close, I would like to say a massive thank you to our customers, our Distributors, our employees, our various partners, to everyone that has been involved with our growth from a simple idea, into a company that we hope is having a positive impact in the sports that we love.
